1.4 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this Website is operational al day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
1.5 Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in Website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.

1.6 Any material that a visitor to this Website sends or posts to this Website shall be considered non-proprietary and non confidential. We shall be entitled to copy, disclose, distribute or use for such other purpose as we deem appropriate all material provided to us, with the exception of personal information, the use of which is covered under our Privacy Policy
1.7 All of the bespoke garments in the military range are made to order so please ensure the details and sizes are correct as there is a 50% re-stocking fee if you need to return it. Therefore it is advisable to follow the advise detailed on each garment
1.8. please note: In order to maintain our exceptional quality standards our garments are finished by hand which will sometimes delay despatch especially with the high volume of order we are currently seeing due to the individuality and quality the garments we are currently offering.
We will however endeavour where possible to meet individual delivery requirments, if you need a garment for a particular date please include this information within the comment section when placing an order or contact us via our contact details on the our website.
please be advised that owing to the individual nature of this range it is best to check an existing similar garment that you have for size by measuring the front chest beneath the armpits, double the figure and that will give you the size you require
1.9. If you do return any bespoke item for incorrect sizing/unwanted there will be a 50% re-stocking charge
1.10. ORDER CANCELLATION please note that there is a 25% surcharge for order cancellations prior to dispatch
2.0. Please note, whilst we obtain proof of postage for every order we send out we can not be held responsible when it is in the hands of the Post Office. 2nd class and airmail has no tracking facility and no insurance.
2.1. 1st class recorded can take up to 2 weeks but is trackable.
